Australian born punk rocker, Zebidy Tank is a hardworking and focused musician who knows what she wants. Whether she is performing live, or in the recording studio, she stay focused on her goals and works well with her band.  Zebidy shared some of her views about music, her influences, and why she loves being a rocker!

What are your future plans for your music?

Write, record, tour, repeat.

How did you get your start as a musician?

I played various instruments when I was younger, but in terms of rock and roll, I was working as a bartender and one I was serving one of our locals and I thought “He’d be a great guy to start your first band with”.

Yes

ACDC, Blood Duster, Motorhead, Mike Patton, and many many more…

It is a collection of tracks from our warehouse days.

How does your music reflect your personality?

Unrelenting, driven and fast paced!

You like to play live or record more?

Performing live is the reason why I do this. Nothing beats playing live. But studio time can be very exciting.

If you have any advice for young musicians who are just starting out, what would it be?

Play with as many people as possible, have a great network of friends/musicians and if you’re serious about it you are going to have to make sacrifices.
